Realtech Vision operates this portal for verified B2B dealers. We collect only what's needed to verify your dealership and process orders: your name, business name, phone, email, GST number, address, and any documents you upload (GST certificate, PAN, shop photo, visiting card).

We use this information to verify and manage your dealer account, process and deliver orders, show your applicable pricing and schemes, and send order and account updates.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the logistics and payment partners needed to fulfil your orders, our technology providers who host the platform securely, and where required by law.

Your documents and account details are stored securely with access limited to authorised Realtech Vision staff.

Orders placed are purchase requests, subject to confirmation, stock availability and final quotation. Prices and availability may change until an order is confirmed.

We do not offer casual or consumer-style returns. Genuine product defects are handled through our in-house RMA: send the product to us and we repair it at our service center where possible, or route it to the brand's service center ourselves and return it to you.

GST invoices are issued as per applicable law. Dealers are responsible for correct GST and billing details.

Dealers are responsible for the security of their account and for all orders placed by their authorised staff.

Realtech Vision may update the catalog, pricing, schemes and these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the current terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
